The Secret of High Achievers

Time is the only level playing field. Every student gets 24 hours. The difference lies in how those hours are utilized.

1. The Pomodoro Technique

Study in 25-minute bursts followed by a 5-minute break. This keeps the brain fresh and prevents burnout.

2. The Triage Method

Categorize tasks: Important & Urgent, Important but not Urgent, Urgent but not Important. Prioritize the 'Important' ones.

3. Eliminate Distractions

Turn off social media notifications during study hours. Use apps that block distracting websites.

4. Sleep is Productive

An exhausted brain cannot retain information. Ensure 7-8 hours of sleep to allow the brain to consolidate learning.
